Free Shipping on ALL Orders

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 2-6 business days, including 0-2 business days for processing and 2-4 business days for shipping.

 

Where does Pool Country ship to?

We ship within the United States.Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to:

Local/state laws

Hazmat materials

Large or oddly shaped items

Specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to

We ship via UPS or FedEx.

 

Multiple Items in One Order

We strive to deliver all items together, but some items may be shipped separately due to different shipping methods.

You will receive a shipment notification email once an item is shipped.

 

Changing Delivery Address

Once a package is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

However, you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details.

 

Important Notes

Order Cancellation:

If canceled more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees.

 

Incorrect Address:

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or unrecoverable, the customer is responsible for the loss.Pool Country will not replace or refund the order.

We fulfill orders from three strategic warehouses across the United States to ensure faster delivery and reduced shipping costs. Your order will be automatically dispatched from the most appropriate warehouse based on product availability, your shipping address, and inventory status:

Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 0-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time excludes weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and U.S. federal holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day).
